Terms of Service

The service. feedpilot drafts social-media posts for a business from the catalog, offers and brand settings that business enters, and publishes the posts the business approves to the accounts it has connected (Telegram channels, Instagram professional accounts).

Your account and content. You must own or be authorised to manage every channel and account you connect. Everything you enter (products, prices, offers, photos, brand text) stays yours; feedpilot uses it only to draft and publish your posts. You are responsible for what you approve.

Publishing. Nothing is published without your approval mode allowing it: manual (you tap Publish), veto (a post goes out after a delay you set unless you drop it), or auto (you have chosen immediate publishing). You can pause posting or disconnect an account at any time.

Third-party platforms. Publishing to Instagram and Telegram is subject to those platforms' own terms. feedpilot only uses the permissions you grant and only for publishing and reading back the result.

Availability and liability. feedpilot is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Its liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service, if any.

Termination. You may stop using feedpilot at any time; on request all your data is deleted (see Data Deletion). feedpilot may suspend a service that violates these terms or a platform's policies.

Changes. Material changes to these terms are announced in the service's bot before they take effect.
